I wanted to incorporate the idea Charmy could fly well with his own wings but also operate air planes as well. He wouldn't be small and pudgy like his game version but a grown mobian bee. Mobian Bees themselves would be shorter than regular sized mobians, being about as tall as Mobian children. Similar to some humans being born as little people. Charmy would be nothing like his game counterpart but a character you will not feel the need to slam against the wall. XDCharmy Bee belongs to Sega
