One day in Babs' rabbit hole Babs' mom asks her to go check on her baby siblings in their nursery. "Ok mom I'll go check." says Babs. Babs went into the nursery and saw that all her siblings were asleep. "Good everyone is sleeping." before she went back to her mom she glanced over at the changing table. Babs walks over to the changing table and touches a baby diaper. Babs says "This diaper is so soft. I think I'd like to try one on." Buster's arms are raised and the pretty pink dress is pulled over his head. A pair of soft pink baby booties are put on his feet and a soft pink baby bonnet is tied under his chin. A mirror appeared in front of Buster and he was shocked at how he looked. "Me wook wike wittle giwl." said the feminine Buster.

The machine puts him in the playpen near Babsy. "You look so cute baby girl!" says Mama Bunny, "Buster is hardly a name for this sweet baby giwl. What do you think her name should be Baby Babsy?"
