Description
This was some concept art I made of Virusaur, the ghost-virus-kaiju hybrid that appeared in episode 10 of my YouTube series Panty & Stocking Plush, which just came out this past Saturday (as I type this). As you can tell by the date, this was made pretty late into post-production for the episode, though I knew what I wanted Virusaur to look like as far back as 2017 when I began scripting the episode. In the months leading up to the episode's release, particularly this April after filming wrapped on the episode, I tinkered with Virusaur's design a bit more before getting to the version you see in the final episode. This design of Virusaur had a longer head, a more wavy frill, more than one toe on each foot, and a much more slender body shape compared to the final design.
