Personality:

Rozhok is neither a shy nor outgoing child rather he is carefree and optimistic. He is confident in his abilities and enjoys helping people with his talents. Due to his carefree nature some people might perceive him to be naïve. Despite being a unicorn, Rozhok does not often worry about his appearance, save for his horn, which is smaller, then the average horn.

Rozhok is rarely stubborn on topics, choosing to stay neutral about most things unless it’s cleaning. Rozhok is a clean freak and enjoys nothing more then making sure everything is neat and tidy. He finds life most distressing when he decided to become an archeologist’s apprentice and has to deal with dirt and rocks on a daily basis. His hatred of dirt soon lessens but his will to clean does not, if anything, it increases.

History:

He was born to Krasivyi (His mother) and Metelʹ (His father) in Sapphire City on a rather snowy day. His parents named Rozhok, meaning small horn, due to its unusual size. Krasivyi and Metel’ believed that Rozhok took after her in looks with curly white hair instead of straight white hair. Krasivyi’s condition deteriorated over the next two years after Rozhok’s birth and in the year of his second birthday she passed.

Metel’, Rozhok’s father, took charge of him, doing his best to teach him and care for him like he thought Krasivyi would have. However, after losing his love, Metel’ had slowly been caving in to depression and when Rozhok turned nine, his father died from loneliness.
Rozhok, ever optimistic, told himself that life would get better, even as he was thrown out onto the streets with only the clothes on his back for warmth. He lived the life of a vagabond child, doing odd jobs for various strangers for food and sometimes clothing. It was on the streets that he met his small friend Belyi; a small gornstai (An ermine or stoat) that curled up next to him for warmth one cold day. With Belyi accompanying him, he hoped to one-day make true his goal to live in a place where flowers always bloom in memory of his parents.

Not long after he had turned ten, Rozhok sought shelter at an inn while a particularly strong wind blew in. While huddling in the corner, he heard a traveler talking about visiting other lands. He shuffled closer, listening to her tales and dreaming of what it would be like to visit them for real. When the traveler finished he begged her to take him with her. Laciel, ([link] ) a chimera also from Lumeria, agrees to take him with her when she learns of his history.

Laciel agrees to also train Rozhok in her profession, Archeologist, and takes him on as her apprentice.

Rozhok is dearly grateful to Laciel for helping him and thinks of her as a mother figure as he lost his own mother at such an early age. Despite not liking dirt, Rozhok is willing to learn what ever Laciel teaches him and enjoys spending time with her.

Additional Info:

• His eyesight is very poor so he needs thick glasses to see (He is blind as a bat without them)
• He is a vegetarian though feeds Belyi meat
• One day he hopes to have a home on the boarders of Lumeria and Elavernis
• He can sleep standing up but his legs feel sore the next day
• As he gets older, white hair grows around his wrists, ankles and on his chest (kind of like puberty)
