-Vega is an original character from an extended Phantasy Star Online fan-fic written long ago.

-I love the fighting game Blazblue, and I've been inspired to create my own crossover "character select screen" involving the three worlds of The Sword of Tibera (mine), Half to Fall (LastBattalion's), and my one other friend (not on here). I love fighting games and I always like to imagine my fictional characters in a crossover game.

-Vega Obscura is not a part of the original roster and is therefore a "DLC" type character. A little backstory, even if you're unfamiliar with the PSO jargon...

-Little do the people of Pioneer II know that there was indeed another survivor alongside Heathcliff Flowen. Vega Obscura, having been manipulated and experimented upon by the malicious Dr. Osto, has come back and joined the Hunter's Guild to try and live out his new life just as he had his old--fighting on the battlefield.

-Eventually, Vega learned of the plot on the part of the president, Tyrell, to use newly constructed bioweapons to lead an assault into the dark Ragolian Ruins and to slay the monster which took the lives of millions on the Pioneer I ship. Vega, having a personal vendetta against this course of action, tries to oppose the government at every turn in an effort to preserve the lives of those remaining on Pioneer II. He knows that if they enter the Ruins and fight the demonic entity within, all shall perish.

-In the fan-fic, he creates a sort of anti-governmenal organization localized on the planet Ragol. He fights against the Legends--a hidden organization of special operatives created using the bioweapons research drawn from Vega and Flowen's encounter with the monster residing deep within the Ragolian soil.
