Dont care about hateful comments yadda yadda yadda.... OK ANYWAY. These are (in my opinion) the best three couples in Durarara!, well, the best three ACTUAL couples (sorry ladies, no Shizaya/ Izou / etc couplings here ). From Left to right, you have Kida and Saki, brought together by human lover Izaya. Next you have the obsessive Shinra and the Dullahan Celty, who met via Shinra's insane father. And lastly you have the "Primary" two, Mikado and Anri, who have a sort of typical boy meets girl, girl turns out to be possessed by an ancient demon sword who wants to enslave humanity with love; whilst boy turns out to be the mastermind behind one of the leading gangs of a Japanese town kinda story. Fairly cliche if you ask me.
