Absolutely gorgeous photo. You have done very well here. I do agree on the fact though that a good quality of makeup and a fantastic makeup artist can make or break your photo.

I have no real criticism for the photographer... because I simply adore what was done here from a technical point of view... my problem is with the stylist... VERY bad lipstick... it looks awful in the colour versions and thank god the mask ain't present here... it needs more work (i am no clothes designer but I have made a few things in my life)... it needs a border... and some defined shape...
I trust the stylist will see this...

Well, in fact, the lipstick is indeed a cheap one. I bought it as a test, to see what will be the effect. I think I'll buy one of a better quality.
For the mask, first, I like it the way it is. second, it was made in what was left of the fabric (and there was very little left), that's why it's not elaborated. and third, as I have a lot of project, little time and I don't really intend to wear that mask again, I spent little time on it and I don't plan to work on it again.
Anyway, thanks for commenting, glad you still like the picture, despite of the lipstick and mask

I used to think I can get away with cheap lipstick or bad make-up always saying "Nobody will notice" but I realized it does make a huge difference. I don't have very expensive items myself...as I don't afford most of them but I tend to make them work or simply not use them in photosessions... Combine them and if that doesn't make it... well... donate it to charity.
I now understand what happened to the mask... either use it for something else (choker) or put it in the: "Don't" section.

Either way, you are a beautiful woman and I would adore a session with you! Good modelling... I have nothing bad to say about your poses or expressions... everything else is just right...

Well, I never used cheap make-up before (I always use for photos my usual make-up, which is quite good make-up). So I decided to do a test, to see what the result will be. Now I know I must stick to good quality make-up.
For the mask, as I said it was just for the fun, I don't really plan to use it again. also because it was quite hard to make it hold. I had to glue it to my face in fact

In fact, that was spirit gum, the glue used to glue fake elf ears for exemple
But yes, in fact this fabric was a pest to sew (hard to mark the fabric, almost impossible to pin...)
My husband will post more photos on this account (we have some more from this session, and lot of ideas for future sessions )
