Description Part of my custom MTG set that revolves around Jurassic Park.

Carnotaurus has a troubled history in the JP series. In the Lost World novel it had chameleon like properties, mimic nature perfectly. I was astounded they didn't adapt it to the movie! However the old Lost World Arcade game featured a Chameleon Carnotaurus as the boss of the Ingen Lab level.

As a side note, it was this odd mutation that Ingen did in the novel/game that caused me to like the actual Carnotaurus dinosaur.

Ability wise, I figured pro artifacts and choice landwalk would show off its ability to blend and adapt perfectly. Originally it had a very off the wall convoluted protection ability. It was a wall of text that I did not like however. I also considered just giving it a "Pro color EOT" ability but that didn't feel right.

All credit to this beautiful art goes to OniPunisher [link] and I thank him for letting me use it.

Want to see a certain dinosaur or character that I missed? Note me and I'll see what can be worked up!

if this were real, it would add 1, to the number of cards that deal with plainswalk. that would make the number rise to a glorious... 11. wizards, WTF!??

Breakdown of the 10.
2= Take away/block plainswalk
2= incedently give it out as part of the other basic landwalk, if your lucky.
6= either have plainswalk, or have some means of aquiring it.

IN THE ENTIRETY OF MAGIC'S HISTORY!!! Again, WTF WIZARDS?!?!?

That's hardly surprising, is it? Forestwalk and islandwalk are easy, with dryads for one and swimming things for the other. For plainswalk it's more like "congratulations, you have legs".

Rebuttal: The Raptors from 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park', when they were in the "long grass".
Thats what I think of when I think of Plainswalk.

To Expand upon my basic statement, the more wordy version.

Rebuttal: The Raptors from 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park', when they were in the "long grass".
Thats what I think of when I think of Plainswalk.

Does that make my arguement sound better? ----Or should I point out the scene in 'GoldenEye' where, after escaping the exploding enemy base, 007 & Natalya start making out in an open field until the American CIA agent(Wade) interrupts them to see if their alright. He then calls out to his Marine team to move out, and all around them the inconspicous seeming clumps of grass(shrubbery, NI) stand up and reveal that the marines were there the WHOLE TIME.----
Considering modern day soldiers, train to sneak up on people in open fields & Lions on the Savanah regularly sneak, in large groups, up on their prey I consider Plainswalk to be under-represented in game.

Even if you don't necessarily think that Plainswalk is needed more often in sets, You should at least agree that only 6 cards with Plainswalk, total, in the 15yr+ History of MtG, is lacking. Especially if you compare the number of cards that deal with/have the other landwalk abilities.
the basic lands The Snow versions plus Snow-landwalk,
Non-basic landwalk,
Even, LEGENDARY LANDWALK, For Crying Out Loud.

This doesn't feel very rare to me. Feels to me like shroud would fit better for the ability, or just unblockability, because that's basically what you're giving him, but in a way that feels really, really roudabout to me.
