The Fllon live on a planet covered in water.

Their cities and homes are under the ocean floor, in coral caverns, floating and mobile or even attached to floor growths closer to the surface of the water.

They are a telepathic race, capable of surviving out of the water for extended periods of time.

Their bodies resemble the cephalopods of Earth.

Each Fllon is able to control a certain amount of bioluminescence from the organs on their heads. They also use other animals and plants which provide natural light as well.

They have adopted technologies from other races, some who have unsuccessfully invaded, others who have made peaceful contact.

There are numerous colonies and different racial groups of Fllon. Some aggressive and territorial, others peace loving and friendly.

It is not uncommon to encounter a Fllon elsewhere in the galaxy as long as a water source is easily accessed.
