A group of odd, underused and mostly forgotten villains I would love to see brought back to fight an expanded version of Hero Hotline.Seen here: fav.me/d66ly2l
Come on, DC comics crapped on it's history and humor, bring it back guys!

Living Eraser, a wouldbe BatMan foe who would,for a fee, erase all clues in a crime scene to protect the villain.
I know him from a story written & drawn by - Bizarro himself ! (the styles in that book kept changing , tho all stories were awry in logic. and canonity.)
HawkMan rescuing a bird's egg from a Thanagarian thrill thief.
BatMan tries to use kryptonite on Superman because he's more popular.
A little boy discovers the BatCave.
The forgotten Sidekicks team up to fight villains -but make the mistake of starting with a top level villain:Evil Starr.
Sivana tricks Billy Batson into saying the wrong magic word (thus becoming Captain Clueless !)
The JLA at Martian Manhunter's birthday party give him a cake -with lit candles.
Bizarro and Superman must team up to deal with Boing,a Bizarro whose's TOO bizarre for his own people !
BatMan fights the Fumbler.(set at start of his career, when police saw him as a villain).
Kamandi, dealing with the Queen of the Dolphins, must also fight a cross-dressing gorilla assassin.
I think that's enough. All these yarns were to pad out a story where Mr.Mxylptlk has to fight a reality-wrecking villain, M !, who uses games to wreck worlds.

Oh trust me, I devoured that book when it came out! I wish DC would do a comedy book monthly, so the obscure characters could get more exposure.

I have just done a remake on the eraser who in my teen titans league idea wont look like his silver age counterpart but would work in a crime lab in gotham police team and task by crime boss to destroy evidence to cover the crime bosses tracks and would of got the nickname the eraser

That would be a great way to use him! The only drawback might be that Marvel beat you to the punch with the Spider-Man foe the Spot!
Though it's a great idea, and I stand firm that ANY villain can be brought back with the right artist/writer combo.

I think that's a great idea! If you ever need ideas for some of those lesser known villains, feel free to peruse my DC fanart stuff, I give lots of love to forgotten characters.

same hear in my spider-man story I have added in lesser known villains like white dragon speed demon grizzly and updated theme the same with other less known villains and heroes like with the ten eyed man for teen titans league he wont have eyes on his finger tips but instead would have giant flying robotic eyes

with my marvel gender bent universe I made the spot a high tech thief using a suit to make portals to get in and out of places and a mask with a spot on it

thanks i have done stories on it on fanfiction making a new universe and making updates like galactus who in my idea would of been a celestial named Taa but became evil and was send to my marvel universe and became that universes galactus

Okay, this one I'll do a little better with.. Top row, left to right... The rainbow creature... super duper android created by hood Joe Parry ...the Icicle ... Human Flying Fish ... Dr. Domino... the Mod Gorilla Boss ... Middle row , left to right... hhhmmm , seen the guy with the big red hood collar but can't remember his name or where he's from... Crazy quilt ... the living laser ' looking ' energy guy I can't place... the Blue Snowman ( who is actually a woman ) .... Stuck on the dunce cap guy though he reminds a bit of the Holiday Killer as april fool's day , but I'm sure that's not him. ... Mr. Poka dot or as he later was known Poka dot man ... bottom row from left to right... Paul revere from the wildstorm universe I'm thinking unless it's Jonathan Drum from the Dollman ... the Beard Hunter ... stuck on the lady though her outfit seems familar .... the Eraser ... Vulture , Fox , Shark of the Terrible Trio ... and at very bottom row... I love it!.. the Jokers side kick ' Gaggy ' or

Snafu, I don't know how anyone could know him. I had an old Batman Family issue where Man-Bat battled this weirdo. Then one day he popped up in an issue of Hero Hotline! You can actually find a couple of images of him online. He's always covered differently. You know, in his three or four appearances.
Human Fireworks, like Paper Man, how did you get Mouse Man and Blue Snowman but not these two!? The world may never know.
Blue Snowman, you earned it with this one! AND you know he's a she, nice!
The Fool, an Alan Scott foe they should bring back.
Lamplighter - a goofy Hal Jordan foe, nice going, even I had to look up Jonathan Drum.
Multi-Woman! Another gem I feel like they should have made the most out of by bringing her back to interact with Myulti-Man and Justice League Antarctica.

I only recognize the Fox, the Shark and the Vulture from Batman & I do believe that they are still using them now at least. I know that they've had cameos on a few of the recent Batman cartoons anyway. I'm not really up on the recent comics, but I thought I read somewhere that they were in at least one revent story arc as Arkham inmates.

Yes, they have shown up a time or three. They don't hang in for as long as they should, but obviously some creators show love for them. The cartoon DID make use of some of the goofier and more colorful villains.
