I can't help imagining a sort of a before picture for this... "At first everything was perfect", the sun was shining, little birds were singing and a cute bunny was jumping in this lovely, cartoonish world... But then the big bird thought it would be about lunchtime and struck its nails in this real fast food.
The eagle looks very good (and so does the rest of the painting but the eagle especially). I also like your combination of a more realistic and a more "drawing-like" style.
