wow!! I was just having a quick look at all my watch-messages and this is by far the best artwork I've seen today!!
This really caught my eye. The concept is brilliant and the execution perfect! The way you drew it totally fits the whole atmosphere and the meaning of it!
There is also just the right amount of details; Enough to make it look photo-realistic and yet not overdone. Well, what I mean is you don't have to focus on too many details and instead think about the concept a little more ;D That's what makes it so very interesting!

is that all? Ummm I understand the emptiness of his chest, but I still don't grasp why his arms and hair are like ripped 
However, I like the idea of the man crying while seeing he has no heart and I also like the way you've drawn it, nice shading, dear

About the shading...I'd darken his right arm since it's behind his torso (talking about where the light comes, if you understand what I mean)
