Thanks Rafael, much appreciated. I'm enjoying natural media after so much digital

I want to scan my drawings and do some digital work but the whole point of me getting back into drawing was to feel the pencil on the paper and get away from the safety of the UNDO button.
I look forward to your next artwork.

I see that you draw a lot on paper, and you have hit the point: without undo it is different and more natural. Even the feeling of drawing with traditional media is pleasant and I had a bit of nostalgia for this.

I do graphic design during the day and have a mouse in my hand for the majority of it. I really lost the tactile feel of analog drawing.
I get frustrated a lot but when I get that eye just right or hit the proportions I forget all the bad and look forward to the improvement.

Me too I do graphic work if there is no illustration work, which I prefer. Also understand what you say about good moments when drawing, keep up improving yourself, my friend, which is what me too try to do

Beautiful work as always!!! Watercolor and pastel? I thought this was charcoal. I can see the texture of the pastel but where was the watercolor used? Is it only in the background?

Thanks! Yes, I call pastels, sticks and pencils like chalk. Watercolor is the grey base wash and the basic tones before working with graphite pencil and white pastel.

That's awesome! I never used watercolor with pastels and chalk. Thanks for the reply! Love your work!
