Disclaimer: I don't much about about digital painting.

This looks amazing. You've capture, Maud and Boulder in a very unique style, all your own. I have never seen anything like it! And I see you put a lot of time and effort into drawing hair. Also your organic shapes are awesome; I can really feel the shapes pop out at me. Your color pallet is also well chosen. Things in this picture don't reflect completely white, and shadows aren't completely black; true to life. Reflections are not just pure white and shadows aren't pure black in nature, usually. Your understanding of where light lands and where a shadow will start, is really good.

I have but a few suggestions however:
~Maud's eyes seem to float above her eyes because of the placement of the shadow in her eyes, highly contrasting the irises from the whites of the eyes.
~On the same topic, while you have a really good understanding of shadow and reflection you lack seamless transition between the two. Again, it is highly contrasted.
~Different materials reflect differently. Maud looks like she is wear some sort of plastic. Dull cloth reflects differently then other materials.
~Continuing from the last point, I think it is time for you to move into learning a bit more about texture. Not only does Maud's hair have texture, but also her fur and her clothing even boulder. You do not even have to texture the whole object, you can just suggest the texture over part of it.
~Keep practicing and trying new things!
