Thanks for the info and the comments. I didn't know it was used at all. I do know that at one point it was a cigar factory.

Unfortunatly, it isn't abandoned. I went there with some friends to take pictures, and see if we could get inside to get some good shots. The doors were open but there were lots of guys moving boxes and it was full storage stuff. Obviously only the botton level is used.
