As I'm a big h/c-fan and as I already did a pic like this with Dean, I just had to do one with Cas too!But I tried something new for this one. As usually it started as a graphite pencil drawing, before I decided to use my water colours this time. For effect and because I didn't feel exactly confident I only kept to a few colours. And even if I'm still not completely happy with the shadowing I think I'll try this again sometimes.
Reference pic is from Superntural 4.16 "On the Head of a Pin".

Yeah, I'm glad to have captured that exact look. I often find that the hardest to draw, it's so easy to ruin.

Great work!!! Cass is an amazing character!!! I work with pencils on my drawings and I never feel completely happy when I finish them but I think thatΒ΄s a good feeling because I means that you want to be better as an artist you know what I mean? Your technique is really good go on this way!!!

Yes, I think I know what you mean. I can't be a better artist if I don't look at my works critically. It's sometimes just hard for me to see not only the mistakes but the good parts too.
