So I’m in love with ROTTMNT, but real talk, wheres my girl Mona Lisa?
To satisfy my own need I have brought back the human mutated Mona Lisa with a redesign, because honestly I loved alien salamander Mona from 2012 but my heart still was too hooked on her being human first. And now I noticed the new series it would work much better because the mutants have HAIR! I never understood in the 1980s turtles why she had hair, but now its normal!

So my Mona Lisa is a girl named Ramona and she’s Hawaiian. Her full name is Ramona Lisa Smith (because haha name puns). She moved to New York because her parent’s got new jobs in the big city so she had to leave her friends behind. She goes to school with April and makes friends with her eventually. They aren’t immediately friends because Ramona isn’t best at social cues on making friends. But they click as friends after the what would need to be a heroines only episode. At home Ramona owns a gold dust day gecko named Vinci, and when at home one day she gets bit by the “Oozesquito”. April goes over to her place for an already planned study session where she finds the newly mutated gecko Ramona. So her parent’s don’t find out, she hides Ramona at her own place and calls the turtles over, thus is when she meets those wonderful boys!
Of course in my own story writing planning I wouldn’t make Raph and Mona fall in love immediately, because that’s always so boring now a days. If anything it would be several episodes or maybe not within the same season, to give them development and more bonding before crushes even. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Seems more realistic to me because I know of no one who fell in love immediately and it be long and loving. Not saying it can’t happen, I just don’t like how its portrayed in shows.
