...y'know, I still think this is great, despite the creepiness factor. In fact, that actually ADDS to the awesomeness of it.
However, if you would attempt something like this again with Pikachu in particular, may I suggest using Banette as the secondary Pokemon next time? Make a sort of Pika Doll... or something along those lines.
The reason I say that is because of the ever-infamous Tails Doll. I'd LOVE to see something like that and the amount of creepypastas that could emerge from something like THAT. (yeah, I know, I'm weird and somewhat twisted, but it's still a pretty neat idea)

Well, way back in the days of gaming, in the days of the SEGA SATURN, there was a 3D Sonic game called Sonic R. In that game, there was a character called Tails Doll, which, as you may have guessed, is a stuffed doll version of Tails able to be remotely controlled by an antenna sticking out of his head.
After his existence became well known, there was a creepypasta written on him about how he murders (or something creepy like tha- LOOK, the point is he was turned into a demonic toy of satan once that site got ahold of him, okay? Go search up Tails Doll Creepypasta in Google or Bing or... something or other if you don't believe me).
It's kinda well known amongst fans of the series - fans of Sonic R in particular - and I'm pretty sure that just about ANYONE who's heard of Creepypasta or uses it CONSTANTLY would know what I'm talking about on this.
And THAT, my friends, is why I say that a Pika Doll should be made. It would MATCH, if not totally DOMINATE, the Tails Doll, forever overshadowing it. Plus, it'd make for some pretty neat propaganda.
