This is a wonderful idea - I agree with you on it. It's interesting how sophisticated this is... I mean who could really be insulted by seeing this site... It's loving and it's sweet... It's not the way some people just go all out in public these days and it makes you think "ugh, what are they thinking?" This is pretty romantic really.
I like all the different textures in this too... of the umbrella, her skirt, their shoes...

Very cool picture, I imagene that they are laughing and happy behind that umbrella. The way the feet are posed, and the 50's style dress and his dress pants with just a bit of a suit coat peeking out from under it make this a very cool image. I love the way her foot is twisted to show the shoe the most. Good job!

Coolness...I've done something like that in the past. I like the tone of the shot and the feeling it expresses...you are compelled to wonder just what they're doing under there. Are they just talking? Kissing? Or is the lady's top already wrapped around her waist while the guy...well you get the idea. I like it, that's all.
