I'm so sorry it took me forever to reply, I dont get on DA too often ^_^;; I don't do commissions because I'm a full time graduate student but I'd be happy to tell you how I made him! I used a teddy bear as a base and covered him in clothes then made him some ears (gray fleece + hanger wire for poseable ears) -- then I cut open plastic Xmas ornaments for his eyes and for his mouth i used painters tape hehe. The clothes are from build-a-bear because i ran out of time to make some.
