I guess SnowFlame picked up a little something from the chemical shed incident....

He doesn't have this power in the original comic per se, although in it he claimed to melt down the android Ram's 'silicon chips' with his psychokinetic flames. The comic is sort of unclear to how much fire has to do with his abilities.
The comic will explain this a little bit more, but basically its a 'force blast' similar to what Cyclops uses, but SnowFlame has to have a lot of coke in him to use it.
