Whoa... It's... It's perfect! I love jesters and usually I connect them to men but this one is sooo great! A girl, her small hat, amazing make-up, unusual, creative clothes and incredible hairstyle - everything is so original, I love it~ And she is really pretty and has big beautiful eyes.
I love red hair and green color so that's next advantage to me xD

hmmm I dont find anything wron with the shading but it doesnt have any bright highlights like the one down the nose so that shine looks somwhat out of place but it still looks great cuz the clothes dont have to be shiny if its a thick material......

pretty good colouring, especially at her face...
there is only one thing which You can do better ( but i can be quite boring) ,it's flounces, it look a little plane it almost doesn't have any chiaroscuro '''''''

Amazing, as usual. Well, concerning coloring... I think you should've made the shades on the clothes and ears a bit more distinct. Everything else is perfect ^_^
