Here is an intro to the anatomy of the human face, simplified for use in drawing. It includes tips on proportions and the parts of the skull. Not too technical.Enjoy!

It can be very useful to realism. It can also be great for stylistic pieces. So far in my personal studies it appears that alot of the diffrent common forms of representing the face in art has to do with modifying those basic principas. That sounds elementry, but if you learn those few rules as self checking guidelines, then you can modify those rules for the differnet styles. Ive considered doing a Manga anime facial anatomy adendum. Yet I think I would better serve most people with a 3/4 and profile edition.
