Description This is taken from a music video I did for my band, MarjΓ©na. it was done in a non-realistic style with maya, and the setting is an Escher drawing... it's a little strange, but since the song's title means "the fool" or "the madman" in english it's all right.

if you want to see the video (PLEASE watch the video: my blood is on it) you can find "il pazzo" at BONSAI NINJA [link]

Wow, that's awesome. Is there any way you could post a rough english translation?

well, if you want to... I don't take responsability if it's bad; you have my word that in italian it sounds a lot better

the fool - marjΓ©na

nights are made to think
constant the desire for freedom
stares have no color
I lock myself in the apartment

the mantle of death slides
ants crawl on my skin
soft the taste of sorrow
in the warmth of sweet tranquilizer

crazy, crazy, crazy
I'm crazy and closed
I don't speak, I look
people, people
nothing, nothing

four square meters of silence
negative reflection of humanity
they protect themselves from the imperfection
locked up in the screeching of time

chorus

look at the people that walk so confident
they laugh under lights of streetlamps
with laws of balance
they keep the illusion everlasting

the last part is a little delirium from my percussionist, that goes something like "I hate men with moustache, 'cause men with mustache walks to close to the walls, so I wake up in the night and think, why are these men with moustache following me? and cats, cats have moustache too, like the men with moustache..." and so on.

phew! hope it's not that bad!

That Escher drawing was always one of my favourite pieces.

hope I made good use of it! it sure gave me some migraines to construct it in 3D... it's one of the few Escher's painting of this type that isn't a prspective trick.
anyway watch the video if you like it! ^_^
