Yup, I'm still not over it~I think that everytime Sasuke shows his feelings - however little it may be - he is dropping his guard, so if he ended up kissing Sakura, even just on the forehead, it would have been a huge thing for him, since he's all about keeping everything bottled up inside.
But that's just me.
The interpretation of this scene is still up to you, I guess
