I dragon I hatched in a RP on Neopets.

RENÉ (René=Re-birth=French)

Breath—Acid, darkness

René is seen by all people other than Ryuukei, and a few who he allows to see him, as a dark mist with stars glittering in it (stars only appear at night), but to Ryuukei he is a deep blue not quite solid dragon that is spangled with glimmering, white, icy blue and light yellow stars.
He has a beak like head, but sill with teeth. He has 6 long rubbery ‘spines’ down his back and a fringe of feathery like growths around his jaw, down his neck from in between his eyes that are pure white with black speckles, and along the top of his tail at the base, his tail is long, arched and thin, are two fish like fins. He is dramatically digitigrade on both his hind and fore legs.
He can speak telepathically to all people without a mind block, but speak aloud to Ryuukei, who hatched him.
