A Kurta (wiki en français: fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kurta ) is a long tunic with 3/4 sleeves, often worn in India, Pakistan, and some of the other countries in South Asia. They come in a lot of varieties, from simply white linen ones to really extravagent silk ones with lots of colorful beads and patterns. Kurta is the masculine form of a Kurti (women's tunic), and both of them can be really intricate and beautiful! (kurtis: exoticindia.com/textiles/Ladie… )
