My first fanart where I actually TRIED and paid attention to specific details. In Harry Potter, it describes Penelope as a girl with "long, curly black hair," and nothing else. In the movie, she's blonde with straight hair. The book is canon, so I tried to make Penelope the best I can. I don't see her as glamourous, so I think I made her a bit too beautiful.
