I think it's great. I'd work a bit on the lighting of the areas that are left without some of their parts (mouth area, for example), but everything else's just perfect. Love the typography (brushes?) and all the general brush work, the sepia tones and, of course, suzi. She's always a great model.

Everything does work wonderfully, but I have to agree that the lips don't seem to work as well as other parts, such as the hand, do. Maybe because lips are just generally a softer tissue and the forehead being so rigid, the two just might not work in our minds. Perhaps the trick to making them meld together a little better would be to use highlights and shadows and give them the protruding look a little bit more.
I really do like the the tones, sepia was a good choice. Sepia was a fantastic area to work in. It gives it that aged and worn look.
Great work with the textures too.

Everything looks great, I especially love the tones used. The only thing that doesn't look quite right are the lips, they don't seem to blend in well enough. Apart from that, everything looks awesome.
