"What is this thing humans do sometimes?"
My cheeks turned red - did he mean a birds and bees situation? I remained silent so he went on.
"It's this moment when two humans hold each other in their arms."
HUG! He just asked about a hug! I suppressed a laughter and looked up in his face.
"It's called a hug. It shows that somebody is important to you. That you love the person as a friend, family member or lover. It is a moment of closeness and holding the other one as tight as you can.
He looked away and his cheeks also turned red.
"I wish I could have one."
I smiled at him and grabbed for his finger. The sudden touch made him look back and fixate his large eyes on me. I started to wrap my arms around his finger and gave him a radiating smile.
"Come here big guy."
I hugged his finger tighter and suddenly I found myself pressed against his chest. His warmth flodded over me and in that moment I felt at peace and safe. His heartbeat vibrated through me and I knew: This was the best place in the world...it was home.

Holy moly, I announced this sketchdump in late august and just now had the time to upload. But it got better since then and I had a kickstart in character development. At first I started with a sketch to show Juna and Bran at same height but had no clue about anything. Got stressed at how bad it looked especially how Juna looked. Then I wanted to fix her design and it turned into a fluff and hug situation. The second was just for bonus.

For those who don't know what I am talking about: It is my story on this profile that I am working on: the story of a young woman and a forest guardian - a not so tiny being who fells in love with her.

How they both look in sketch 1 of 2 is the look I want to go for. Now I have to redo this over and over to get to know it better and to be able to reproduce it in other situations and drawings of Juna and Bran. Do you like it?
To be honest: I nearly never drew men. You can see it clearly as Brans anatomy in sketch 2 is really weird. Have to practice drawing men. Hands are more easy for me as I practised them for the last months.

This post also stands as a thank you to the G/t community who is my safe haven. Whatever is going on in life, here I can find peace and just some fluff stuff or weird things that I need.

How can I never produce something like that for Hug an Giant/Tiny Day but on any other day of the year??? -___-
