I drew this MARS ATTACKS Martian sketch way back in 2007. 2012 is the 50th Anniversary of the MARS ATTACKS trading card set that first released by TOPPS in 1962. One of my favorite artists, Wallace Wood created the look of the Martians for Topps, when he was hired by the company to do concept drawings and card layouts. In honor of the TOPPS card set anniversary, I decided to throw some colors on my sketch. I kept things kind of simple in the colors, similar to the card boxes and wrappers. I am a bIg Fan of Mars Attaks. I like this Card. The second set of Cards New Originals comes out this year 2014 possibly by June due to delays.

Thank you! Your continuing support for my work always picks me up! I would love to do a serious effort on a MARS ATTACKS! piece some day. Who knows? Maybe someone will hire me to draw a MARS ATTACKS! comic or do a MARS ATTACKS! commission... I'd really enjoy the opportunity to do either!
