No entanto um imenso ataque de gentalhas malignas do espaço liderados pela Rainha Clotaria e Rei Madrugaryl destruíram o império lunar juntamente de todos seus habitantes. Nisso o rei Fredericorenity usando as forças do guerreiro lunar destruiu os monstros e conseguiu salvar seu filho que renasceu como Quico Tsukino. Certo dia Quico Tsukino encontra um estranho cachorro chamado Ludruguinha que lhe dá os poderes para derrotar Madrugaryl e seu exército de gentalhas que atacam o México como o Sailor Quico Moon, o herói da roupinha de marinheiro.
