looks like a wallhanger blade to me...
and since its a 440 steel
yes it bend EASY and cannot tolerate bad cuts...
the HRC levels must be low by looking at the exposed hamon...
still. the decor is very nice.

440 stainless steel copper fittings on scabbard though they have been gilded over with a different color, most likely has "china" etched into the base of the blade on the other side correct?
