Horace is probably terrified of Overlord flirting with him. Like, he has to think about every little thing over and over again and contemplate deeply about whether he really did just think his new armor looked nice or if he was implying something else. Because, you know, you don't want to accidentally tick the big guy off by not realizing he's flirting
