Would very much appreciate feedback on the following pls:
See, I really like this picture how I took it, with the slight off angle. (Only enhanced colour and resolution a little in picnik).
Then, I made another copy, and straightened the photograph, so the horizon is as it "should" be. And yes, after doing that, I still have my pointy angle towards the right made by the image, but for some reason it looks.. off. Maybe because *I* know how it was taken?
Do I just have to learn to cheat myself for the sake of a better photograph?

What do the pro's do and/or advise?
Is there any kind of a.. "rule" about straight horizons?

i like the coloring and i like the trees... over all the comp is nice... to answer your question about or horizon I don't have a problem whatever is true to the photograph and help strengthen the image so if I have to crop the images to straighten it I don't have any little a voice back my head say it's not the way it was made. That's just my opinion

Yeah, I think Pros have some rules about straight horizons But this is ART and I think that rules need to be broken sometimes, otherwise art would be as precise and boring as science...
If you feel it looks more interesting that way, then that's how it should be

Now all it needs are some bulbs and some flock and maybe a few presents around the base.
