Yes! Finally someone who didn't just say good work kept their mouth. Thanks for that. Now I will protect myself xD you see Fluttershy's anatomy is actually a little bit abstract to begin with. The weird shape of her body and the size difference in her limbs are the major difference. Although now that you bring it up yeah maybe it was too long and perhaps it kind of ruined the picture but if you don't look at her as a pony it's not that bad. (Damn novel comment why do I write that much?)

Ah yes. I believe some critique always does more good than a simple "hey, awesome job!", even though not everyone is capable of comprehensing it (I, for once, always do, as long as it's not just whining about my art. Hey, giving a good critique is a vital ability, too). 

I think that hair stroke did some bad about the drawing. It distincted, sadly, a little bit too much that potentially too tall neck. But what can you do, as I recall what Angry Joe once said about advantages of a good game -- "a good game will never let you feel the flaws". The same goes with art. The outcome is always the most important! And at this field, you definitely succeeded!

Simple little note and tricks can also help a lot. I like to receive a little advise even if it's not half a novel. But of cause a full scale critique is always more appreciated!

By hair strokes do you mean the way the hair flows or the shade inside it? Perhaps the outline inside it?

I haven't succeeded anything here believe me. I'm long behind and trying to catch up!

Uum... I believe I meant the inner shade of the mane. Long since I've been seeing this drawing for the last time though

Perhaps I did make the general shade too weak.. Hmm... Use to be the other way around. Oh well!

Hehe yeah I've noticed. I've only been draw a little over a year now and things are certainly getting better and better. Slow but sure.

Hehe aww thanks ^^ I don't know I really don't know if I like it myself but I'm really glad I finished it. Although you'd be surprised to know how easy it was to create the background and such. I still don't know how that tree came out so well 0.o
