Its had to tell without a clear wireframe view- but the tail looks like it has a lot of polys compared to the rest of the whale- and I think the fin could be a little more organic.
Also, you should make a pinata based on him

I actually realized I'd feel guilty smashing Bill the pinata whale right after I posted, but then I remembered most pinatas are cute animals that you smash for candy.
I have a feeling they were invented as some kind of harsh life lesson for kids back in the old days lol.

high poly is overrated when you can make low poly stuff look this good it's great. It's a perfect asset for an iphone game.
