In this 17th Bond adventure, James (Pierce Brosnan) finds himself with the sole survivor of a destroyed satellite station after it was destroyed by a space weapon known as GoldenEye. They soon find that a former agent, who was believed to be dead, has teamed up with a computer expert who wants to use the weapon to destroy London and cause a global financial meltdown.
