The only question is, which Crusader is which Stooge? While personality wise makes it:
Scootaloo=Moe
Apple Bloom=Larry
Sweetie Belle=Curly
I think the position most people think of them in is more:
Apple Bloom=Moe
Scootaloo=Larry
Sweetie Belle=Curly
So which one is which? Because either way Sweetie Belle gets to be Curly.

Well, I always thought of Scootaloo=Moe, Apple Bloom=Larry and Sweetie Belle=Curly, but I think this comment from ~barney-nedward sorted it out for me. He based it on TV Tropes' description of the CMC:
Well, in some ways they seem to alternate, but most of the CMC episodes I've seen have Sweetie Belle as marginally the smartest or at least most sensible of the three. In Staremaster she attempts to break up an argument between ScootaMoe (what we definitely agree on) and AppleCurly/Larrybloom even question what an arguing cutie mark would look like. In many episodes whenever one of their big plans is about to go over like a lead balloon, Sweetie Belle is the only one to realize that almost right away, but Applebloom is hilariously oblivious and Scootaloo won't listen, just like the episode one bad apple, Scootaloo and Applebloom kept coming up with new ways to avoid or get even with Babs Seed. every single plan we see has Sweetie Belle saying that they should just tell Applejack, but Scootaloo and Applebloom just won't listen. Like Larry these moments make her the closest thing to a straightmare(Man)among them. For information see the comic trio page on tvtropes. Scootaloo is the leader, comes up with dangerous and idiotic ideas. Applebloom is so gung ho for a cutie mark she'll go along with anything. Sweetie Belle on the other hand can often tell when Scootaloo's got a really stupid idea, but can't complain loudly enough for the other two to listen so she can point out exactly what will go wrong.
It's fine with me if you disagree, because I can see why Sweetie Belle would be Curly.

That's kinda the point. It's supposed to be named The Three Crusaders aka The Three Stooges instead of the Cutie Mark Crusaders...
...or maybe I should change the title.
