Description
This is one of three submissions for Save-Sym-bionic-Titan's crossover contest. I've chosen to mix SBT with FFXII. The contest holders did say that creativity, and not artistic skill, counts the most so...blame them.

Anywho, Ilana plays the role of Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca from FinalFantasyXII--which happens to be one of my favorite games of all time. Personality-wise, these two characters are quite different. Ilana is a hopeful and strong optimist, who seems to be driven by hope and determination. Ashe is, for the majority of the game, driven by revenge and the need for justice. Their basic character types are similiar however(i.e. last remaining hope of their empire/planet, on a quest for survival against those who would see them fail, surrounded by a strong group of supporters etc...) I added the quote, "I must endure" from one of Ashe's quickenings in the game. In hindsight, there are better quotes, but this just reminded me of something that Ilana either has said or would say.

Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca is the sole surviving heir of King Raminas, former ruler of the desert kingdom known as Dalmasca. Ashe was wed to Rasler, heir of Nabradia, to secure political ties between the two countries. Not long after her marriage however, Rasler was taken in war when his home country was attacked. Not long after, Arcadia, the country which attaked Rasler's homeland, brought war to Dalamsca. Ashe's father, King Raminas, eventually agreed to sign an agreement of surrender to stop the escalating war in his country. He was assasinated, and Ashe and the resistance( a faction opposing Arcadian rule) made it appear to the world that she had comitted suicide. By the time the game begins, Ashe has been in hiding for two years. Her sole goal is to avenge her people and win back her throne as rightful heir of Dalmasca.

For those FFXII fans who might have stumbled across my humble drawing, a description of Ilana(courtesy of the Sym-Bionic Titan wiki):

"Ilana is the daughter of The King and sole heir to the throne of the planet Galaluna. She has always been a symbol of hope and happiness for the citizens of Galaluna –the very reason evil forces hunt for her on Earth; her very existence is enough to rally a rebellion against her people’s oppressors and for that she must be destroyed. Ilana is determined to make the best of her new life and to discover all she can about her adopted home. She isn't very popular in high school, though."

So yeah....hope you enjoyed the idea atleast, and maybe had some fun at the art's exspense.
