Die, of the Japanese band Dir en grey
Ever since I drew this photo about a year and 11 months ago I’ve wanted to draw it again. I don’t really know why since I’m not into re-drawing photos for comparison of progress and such (only ever did it once and it wasn’t that big of a success, as you might remember), but I always thought about doing just that with this photo, and now I finally did it. Maybe it’s because I always want to draw Die again, but there are just so few good drawing photos of him out there...

OBS: This is NOT edited in some photo-software program. This is a pure scan of the original drawing -it's only worsened by my stupid scanner- and it’s completely touch-free. I really hate when people automatically assume I've used Photoshop (or a similar program) to edit the details and contrast of my drawings. Just a little notion before anyone asks.
