I just love it! The idea was very clever, and the illustration is fantastic! I love the expressions on both the dog and the boy, and the shadows are really convincing. The only critique I would make is that the sky color is really close to the wall color, and we see so little of the sky that I almost think you should have stop the image at the top of the wall (or given more importance to the sky by increasing the contrast a little) But that being said, wonderful image!!!

Thank you for the compliments and critique! You have good eyes. I admit that sky is too vague to be an element in this piece, but since this was my 1st time experimenting with different brushes in Photoshop, I couldn't help but try to create that supposedly-easy cloud effects. Result was 'meh', but had to include it anyways to remind me of my puny efforts. Hahah...!
