It should be thicker, have feathers, and its hands should face each other, in a clapping position.

I'm not going to comment on the inaccuracies because people have already helped you out with it so I'll just skip that and say that I like the style in which this is done. If it was done according to how the animal looked you got a fave

It looks more like a plucked Utahraptor, but that's cool.

Okay, here's some stuff on Velociraptor:
1. Dinosaurs cannot pronate their wrists (twist them so the palm faces the knee). They were more akin to a bird wrist and could only supinate, as if about to clap.
2. The overall skull structure and anatomy is more akin to Deinonychus here, Velociraptor had a longer snout. Here's a skeletal for use:

3. Dromaeosaurs did not slash open their prey, like you see in old documentaries. A biomechanics test on their claws revealed they could use their claws to puncture flesh, but weren't sharp enough to rip it open. Most likely, Raptors used their claws both
to kickbox their prey, stabbing vital organs and puncturing the windpipe, of like big meat hooks, to restrain their prey and hold it down like a bird of prey, using their saw-like teeth to strip chunks of flesh off until it died of blood loss or organ failure.
4. Yes, Velociraptors had feathers. A 2007 study found quill knobs (which anchor wing feathers to the bone) on the arm bones of a velociraptor specimen, and other species have also been found with feather imprints or quill knobs. Dromaeosaurs were very close cousins to birds and probably looked more akin to a terrestrial eagle or bird of prey than a lizard. Most likely, raptors had a full covering of complex feathers with a full tail fan and wings than ran up to the middle digit of their hands. They used these wings not for flight, but to give them some lift as they ascended steep areas, steer while running and to maintain balance while restraining prey.
5. It's possible Dromaeosaurs had a cartilaginous ridge over their lacrimal protrusions (the knob things on their snouts). This would've given them the "eyebrow" ridge you see on many birds of prey. Raptors of the past and present have WAY more in common than you'd think.
I hope this clears up some things.

Your style is great, but you really have to make more research on what you are drawing

I know. I really need to keep up to date with the newest research of these prehistoric creatures. ^^

I know people have told you this isn't a Velociraptor but nobody has given you a good example.
There we go.

I'm glad you like it. I know I didn't add feathers but I wanted the inspiration to be from Jurassic Park. ^^

I don't want to offend you but, where are the feathers? I'm aware that Velociraptor had feathers.

Oh, okay. Well, lots of people that are into dinosaurs are into those monsters from the JP franchise, such as the T. rex, Spinosaurus, Velociraptor, and don't forget the Hybrid, Indominus Rex.
Well, I'm more into the accurate dinosaurs, but I also like those inaccurate dinosaurs as well. That's pretty much why I have been watching Paleo-documentaries, it's where I learned many real facts about dinosaurs and other extinct animals, so I do know that Raptors had feathers.

Yeah me too. I love the Walking with series by BBC. I also love Ice Age, Dinotopia and Disney's Dinosaur. ^^ They grab my attention when I paint the prehistoric creatures.

Why is he naked?
And the killing claw is a stabber, not a slasher.
