Description The famous fire-breathing monster common in legends and myths. Sometimes they have wings as well as four legs but others have their front legs as the wings. There are good dragons as well as bad ones but some are just wild and can't be tamed.

The Western dragon seems to get a bad rap, and there's even a story about a dragon and St. George. It's the knight slaying the dragon story. But the story represents Christianity triumphing over Paganism.

That's a very well known story yes. I have heard of St George and the dragon but I just looked at the paintings and the dragon seems quite small compared to the knight.

There's one painting that features St. George with a real feather, and there's another painting that features a demon instead of a dragon.
