Meanwhile, Back at Havillands......
Owen Evans, who has been looking after the horses while everyone else was at Oakhollow, is pondering his future.
He didn't manage to break into Western film acting, despite spending a lot of time in the USA with Schoccy after the Outlaw Trail. Here he is sitting on some old jump components on the furthest edge of the Havillands estate wondering what his next career move should be.
He doesn't want to go back to being a Supermarket Manger ( even though he was actually quite good at it) and Christmas temp jobs in the local department stores won't last long. He could go back to being a children's entertainer as his balloon modelling and face painting skills are not to be sneezed at; however, it isn't what his heart is calling him to do.
Schoccy and Bunny have both picked up on Owen't low mood and are trying to comfort him. Schoccy would just like Owen to stay working at the stables and looking after him as he is very attached to Owen. Bunny thinks a career in catering is a good idea, Owen is a good cook and Shireen at the Cross Keys would give him a kitchen job in the blink of an eye. She owes Gareth a few favours over the years as he has helped out at the pub a lot since he moved to Roxmoor. Employing his twin brother would be a good payment for the time Gareth single handedly broke up a fight between two football supporters in the saloon bar on cup final day.
