Is this Kimi from AGU? Looks a lot like her to me...
Heh, you always had this interesting manga-type look for different characters that I really have grown to enjoy and look up to. It's not always easy to come up with a distinctive style of your own based off of an official show's characters, but yours definitely works especially for All Grown Up.
Too cool there, hope to see more of these types of works especially in the AGU field in the future.

Anyways, I'm working on a Kimi/Tommy Christmas piece right now (well, not RIGHT this second, this piece here was just a break from the Lit paper I have to finish for tomorrow ><

No problem at all, it's always enjoyable to see what you come up with. You're one of the few AGU artists on dA and one of the even fewer who I've seen in general who can really work some magic with a great art style with them and with general subject matter.
More than happy to hear you're continuing with more AGU dedications--that one you mentioned in particular should be one to look forward to. Hadn't seen much of Tommy taken under your wing, so I eagerly can't wait to see. Maybe some more Phil and Lil down the road too.
