Yeah, I really need to write her story down, but she was cast out by her dragon family during her "molting" and decided to go to the ponies because she heard about friendship
When she got there though, they were all scared of her and tried to fight her off...

She couldn't, however get herself to talk to anypony, so she finds joy in flying

I read her bio just the other day, and I was super excited to be able to understand what was going on :-DD 
Both ponies and dragons can be jerks

Yeah, I get so excited creating characters because there are infinite possibilities on what you can do with them

Also, yup, especially dragons in MLP, besides Spike 
Though they are expanding on the lore and making more species become the main cast
