I wanted to try some new style and also improve my lineart - but again realized I'm not able to draw a single straight line.. I finally drew the long lines from the hair with IllustratorUpdate: Added some leaves as style elements
I'm going to make a second version in color.

This is why I migrated to clip studio a few years ago. Not that I've done much lineart since. The big issue is the expressivity is very different from shading (be it in color or not) The only case I feel can be relevant is for detailled clothing or grass/hair that can use some very sharp and thin lines to be mixed with the overall painting.

Thanks for that hint, I've downloaded a test verision of clipstudio right away! Going to test if this is easier for me.
