My dad doesn't like this song, but it's probably my favorite song in Guitar Hero 3 (As well as Guitar Hero the Arcade game, which is pretty much the same). Actually, I can imagine a scenario in Elite Beat Agents about a guy (like me) who wants to become a cartoonist as a way to make enough money to help starving children (Which is kind of what I want to do with the money I make from a cartoon I hope to make). And I can imagine Jukebox Hero being played in that scenario.
