I finally got around to finishing it
i started making this skirt months ago but didnt have the elastic for the top part, so it sat in my sewing room unfinished
but i got off my lazy bum and finished it
IRL its so much puffier and cuter, i wore it to the shops and people wouldnt stop saying how cute it was
it looks pretty limp in this pic though 
a one off thing, it took a long time and a lot of material to make so its not something i plan on making again any time soon
